Privacy & POPIA notice

This notice explains how N Bhoola Chiropractic collects, uses, and protects your personal information, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What we collect

When you book an appointment through our online booking system, we collect the name, contact details, and appointment information you provide. When you contact us by email or phone, we collect the details you choose to share. We ask you not to send sensitive medical information unless it is necessary to arrange your care.

Why we collect it

We use these details only to arrange and manage your appointments and to respond to your enquiries. We do not sell your information.

Online booking & third-party processors

Our online bookings are handled by Bookem, an independent third-party booking platform (dr-nayna-bhoola.bookem.com). When you book online, the information you enter is processed and stored on Bookem's systems on our behalf, subject to Bookem's own privacy policy. Email and phone enquiries are received directly by the practice through our email and telephone providers. We take reasonable steps to work only with service providers that protect your information.

How it is stored

Booking information is held within Bookem's booking system, and email or phone correspondence is kept in our practice records, in each case only as long as needed to assist you and to meet our professional and legal obligations. We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure.

Your rights
